Cancellation Policy
I understand life events happen, but please know this non-negotiable fee is strictly in place to compensate for lost time and wage. Communication is key, so please let me know 24 hours in advance If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid this cancelation fee.
Cancel within 24 hour = cancelation fee of 50% of total service cost
No Call No Show Policy = If such an unfortunate event occurs, you will be charged 100% of total service cost.
Refusing to follow this policy will prevent future booking
